10. Insulation applied to the interior of a foundation wall must extend from the underside of the flooring above this wall down to a minimum of 600 mm below the exterior adjacent ground level. However, hollow masonry foundation walls must be insulated along their full height, or their cells must be sealed at the level of the bottom part of the insulation.
